Deine Aufgaben As a Junior Product Engineer at VoiceLine, you will own features end to end — from shaping the idea to shipping production-ready code. You’ll work full-stack with a focus on backend, bring your AI expertise to features that are core to our product, and act as the connective tissue between Product, Design, AI, and Customer Delivery teams. You’ll be a crucial part of our journey, directly shaping how AI reshapes the nature of work in field sales. This is not a junior position dedicated to low level tasks. Since AI agents can handle these duties, we are committed to your growth through a multi-year development plan designed to ensure you remain competitive in a fast-moving industry. Responsibilities Work full-stack with a focus on backend, building robust and scalable features across the entire product Design and implement AI-powered features that are core to our product, from prototype to production Own product features end to end — from initial concept and technical design through to delivery and iteration Act as the bridge between Product, Design, AI, and Customer Delivery teams, translating complex technical realities into clear, actionable communication Engage directly and ad hoc with customers to understand their needs and feed that insight back into the product Dein Profil Initial professional experience in a working student engineering role or multiple internships Hands-on experience implementing and working on AI features in a product context Strong interest in programming as a field Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus Interest in UI/UX topics and willingness to contribute to frontend work when needed Have other skills and/or experience not listed here?
