Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Engineer to join our team. This role will support the engineering and production process by assisting with product development, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver quality solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to innovative and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Create solid models, drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), templates, and router files. Assist other departments by answering engineering-related questions and providing technical support. Interpret internal documentation including renderings, approval drawings, bid packages, and production books to support engineering solutions. Support the production floor by assisting with work orders and diligently addressing issues as they arise. Assess architectural plans, designer sketches, and renderings to interpret product requirements. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure project success and product accuracy. Manage assigned work output with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. Qualifications Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Familiarity with various wood, metal, and plastic materials and their applications is a plus. Experience with CAD software and technical drawing creation preferred.
