As our Junior Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our product management processes. Working together with our Product Lead, you’ll take ownership of the product management process while being a sparring partner in strategic discussions.

Your Background

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B Tech environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, coordinating between various teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required.

While you’ll be involved in strategic discussions and collaborate closely with our COO, this role is operational and hands-on. You’ll take ownership of tasks, manage workflows, and ensure seamless execution of product-related initiatives.
