Job Description As Jr Product Manager for Consumer Health at DRL France, you will support the strategic development and execution of brand plans for the Nicotinelle portfolio. You will be part of the team driving brand growth, market share, and profitability in alignment with DRL’s mission to provide affordable and innovative healthcare solutions. Your scope will be France & Belux, supporting for some initiatives the whole southern cluster (France, Belux, Portugal, & Spain) The role reports to Head of Marketing, France Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Planning Support the implementation of the annual brand plans and long-term strategies for assigned products. Run market analysis based on the guideline provided by the head of Marketing Support the brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Marketing Execution Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and healthcare channels. Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop impactful promotional materials. Support product launches and lifecycle strategies. Help update packaging & follow up Product support Assist in developing & updating marketing materials Collaborate on product positioning and messaging strategy with Marketing lead (aligning with global strategy) Performance Management, Market research & Analysis Gather and analyze market data, competitor products, and industry trends to monitor brand performance through KPIs (sales, market share, ROI). Build recommendations with Marketing lead to enhance or course correct some initiatives Support the preparation of plans and market opportunity assessments. Coordination with Countries reporting to share with management team Regular pharmacies visit to gather information Cross-functional Collaboration/ coordination Work closely with Regulatory, to ensure materials meet compliance standards (may vary based on local organisation) Liaise with sales team to gather field insights & ensure alignment. Support training and engagement initiatives for field force. Coordinate with supply chain and production for product availability & planning Innovation & Portfolio Development Support the identification of consumer trends and unmet needs for new product development. Administration Track budget & assist with PO creation & invoicing process Maintain product documentation, marketing approval workflows and internal portals Track advertising documentation according to internal regulatory process Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Master’s preferred) Minimum work experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical / consumer health industry Skills & attributes: Experience in launching Consumer Healthcare brands Strong understanding of French healthcare and retail market dynamics Experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy Analytical skills Solution seekers Creativity and innovation mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management Results-driven and performance-oriented Adaptability and cultural awareness Fluent in English Additional Information Our Work Culture Ask any employee at Dr. Reddy’s why they come to work every day and they’ll say, because Good Health Can’t Wait.
