JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - ELECTRONICS

You’ll join an international leader in safety innovation, helping manage and support a range of hardware and connected systems - including smart DVRs, sensors, cameras, and cloud-linked devices used in fleet safety and logistics.

What you’ll do:

• Investigate and resolve technical issues with vehicle-mounted safety systems in the field
• Collaborate with engineering, customer support and installation teams to evaluate product performance
• Coordinate field trials, installations and product testing activities
• Document installation procedures, FAQs and manuals with input from subject matter experts
• Track product updates, log issues and improvements, and support change control
• Support the Senior Product Manager in all phases of the product lifecycle, including product introductions and product support

About You:

We’re looking for someone who has already had exposure to a technical or engineering environment, such as:

• A graduate in engineering, electronics, or a technology field
• A time-served apprentice or someone from a technical support, field engineering, or installations background
• Someone working in product documentation, customer technical support, or QA/testing roles in a manufacturing or tech setting

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Curiosity and passion for how products work and can be improved
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confidence in dealing with customers, installers, engineers and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with technical systems such as camera units, sensors, or telematics is helpful but not essential
