We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager with hands-on experience using or supporting Salesforce to help drive the execution and continuous improvement of our digital product called SourceClear. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into well-defined product requirements and support delivery across the product lifecycle. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to end-to-end product management in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Junior Product Manager (Salesforce) Location: Hybrid  Department: Business Assurance Innovation Reports to: Senior Director, Product Management Key Responsibilities * Support Senior Product Managers in defining product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Lead UAT sessions globally – (remotely) * Assist with backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization activities * Collaborate with technical teams and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements * Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, clarify product needs and develop stories and epics that align with product strategy * Help analyze product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform development * Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and process artifacts * Keep informed of industry trends, Salesforce enhancements and innovative growth opportunities   Required Qualifications * 2–6 years of experience in a product, business analyst, project coordination, or Salesforce-related role * Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform) * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to organizational stakeholders * Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   Preferred Qualifications * Experience writing user stories and working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools * Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software environments * Experience working with global customers   What You’ll Gain * Mentorship from experienced Product Managers * Hands-on exposure to real-world product decision-making * Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams * Clear growth path toward Product Manager or Senior Product roles   Nice-to-Have Traits * Curious and eager to learn * Comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions * Customer-focused mindset * Interest in building scalable, user-centered solutions   Interested candidates are requested to apply by 20 March 2026.
