• Deeply understand your stakeholders’ needs (primarily from Marketing Data Analytics and Data Science, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content and Media)
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to create smart solutions that take the business value into account
• Take ownership of the success and quality of your products (mainly data products that support decision making or targeting for your stakeholders)
• Simplify processes to enable others to work more efficiently (e.g., improving the sprint process and proposing new and interesting methodologies within the team)
• Continuously improve the teams and the product by understanding stakeholder needs and proactively supporting with planning the product roadmap
• Embrace accountability for the products you develop and understand their impact through stakeholder feedback and own analyses
• Be ready to “dig deep” if required to solve the challenging aspects of your projects
