Job Description We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our team in the professional kitchen sector. This role will not only support product management activities but will also involve project management responsibilities, particularly in driving workflows related to digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate combines an analytical mindset with strong organizational skills, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the professional kitchen product portfolio, ensuring data and documentation are up to date. Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and internal communication. Act as a project manager for digital transformation projects, coordinating activities, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DATA, E-commerce, Marketing, Pricing, etc) to ensure smooth execution of portfolio- and project-related activities. Qualifications Diploma or degree in a technical field Previous experience as a PMO or in project coordination roles (1-3 years) Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Familiarity with project management and BI tools (e.g., Jira, Click) Fluency in English (written and spoken) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving Additional Information If you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.
