We are looking for heavily product focus person with back-end integration capabilities Responsibilities: Define, own, and evolve the product roadmap and vision in close alignment with business goals. Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to align expectations and outcomes. Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior, application performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and innovation. Monitor application performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for optimization. Generate and champion innovative ideas, making a strong business and technical case for implementation. Lead roadmap planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking to ensure smooth delivery. Requirements: 1 + years of proven experience as a Product Manager in digital/mobile applications. Experience in the automotive or banking industries is highly desirable. Strong track record of managing product roadmaps, defining product vision, and delivering customer-focused solutions. A strong business mindset with a proven ability to build business cases, justify investments, and manage stakeholder expectations. Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders across complex organizations. Demonstrated ability to implement or adapt delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, etc.) to improve team efficiency and collaboration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain why certain approaches deliver the most value. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making ability. Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and bring them from concept to execution.
