  • Experience You bring some first experience in product management and collaboration with tech teams from e.g. internships or working student positions
  • Attitude & mindset You bring a highly organized and structured approach to work, with a positive and hands-on attitude as well as an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on finding solutions
  • Metrics & KPIs A strong focus on data-driven and impact-oriented approaches is a matter of course for you and you are comfortable with metrics and KPIs and know how to translate strategy into actions
  • Work approach You have a methodical approach to simplifying complex subjects for a larger audience of relevant stakeholders
  • Communication skills You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others and you are fluent in English – German is a plus

Responsibilities
  • You drive the user experience of our SIXT counter applications by creating compelling and validated concepts for features that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals
  • You adapt a hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analyzing data as well as collecting first-hand insights at our branches
  • You ensure that end users are well-aware of and briefed properly on upcoming changes to our global counter software
  • You follow-up on launched features and evaluate their success and derive required improvements or challenge them
  • You proactively drive improvements to alignment, communications, and processes around our product
