We have an opportunity for an entry level Product Specialist to join our team.
As a Project Specialist your primary responsibilities will be to:
· Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and customer needs, and match these needs to our products in order to generate a solution.
· Document details descriptions of customer needs and solution functions.
· Manage and co-ordinate solution implementations.
· Present proposed solutions to customers, both online and face-to-face.
· Address customer support requests in a timely and professional manner.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
· Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
· 1 to 2 years demonstrated experience in project management and leadership with business analysis, process modeling and application design.
· Very clear written, visual, oral expression of ideas with business and technical people.
· System development methodologies and concepts; System analysis concepts, techniques and tools.
· Business process modeling, analysis, reengineering concepts, techniques, tools.
· Design concepts techniques, tools.
· Use case specifications.
· Testing techniques and automated tools.
· Work effectively within a project team and in collaboration with peers; facilitate group sessions.
· Plan, prioritize and organize own work; work on several projects concurrently.
· Negotiate with business partners and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
· Project planning and scheduling concepts; Project management techniques and tools.
