JUNIOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Assistant to join our clients dynamic production team. This role is crucial in supporting our production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Quality Control & Testing, Quality Administration, and Production Administration within a food manufacturing enviroment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with quality control software and tools is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• HACCP (Desirable)
• Food safety & Hygiene level 3 (Desirable)
