We are seeking ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our team as Junior Production Managers to support our expansion and strengthen our management pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent third-level education (e.g., in business, engineering, management, or related fields), demonstrating aptitude and ambition.
  • Experience: No prior management experience required; candidates with internships, part-time roles, or leadership in academic/extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., rental car agencies, retail management trainee programs) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams and customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to learn technical processes (e.g., paint planning, scheduling).
  • Organizational skills to manage time, resources, and reports.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

  • Willingness to relocate temporarily for a one-month assignment at another IAC facility.
    Promotion Potential: Eligible for promotion to Production Manager within 12-18 months upon successful completion of the program.
