Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Assist in production processes such as compounding, dispensing, and packaging. Pack finished goods according to regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines. Report any issues during production. Handle raw materials and finished products properly. Work with the team to meet production targets. What Makes You the Right Fit High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Accuracy in weighing ingredients using scales and meters. Ability to wear protective gear and follow safety rules. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. Reliability and willingness to learn. How Would You Stand Out?
