As our new Junior Product Planner, you’re here to fuel the fire. You’ll contribute to our mission by taking responsibility for the planning and coordination of the activities to ensure GIMBER drinks are produced efficiently, on time and in the right quantities. The role bridges demand forecasting, supply chain and factories operations. You will report to the Planning Manager. Your kick-ass responsibilities: Manage the production plan Create production schedule based on S&OP Ensure capacity availability at Co-Packer Ensure alignment of production plan with the supply chain Steer the supply chain Create and follow-up all purchase activities to ensure all required materials are available at the co-packers, including receiving material in the GIMBER ERP-system Ensure that co-packers are well informed on the quantities they have to produce and create all related manufacturing orders in the ERP-system, including batch management Ensure suppliers and co-packers are following all quality related guidelines (managed by the Gimber R&D department) Mange the creation of articles in the ERP-system Track inventory Manage the average age of the inventory finished goods, taking into account the expiry date of the products Manage the inventory of raw materials and packaging material at different locations and make sure the inventory levels are properly reflected in the ERP-system Analyse data Analyse production performance Track scrap levels and coordinate with Quality and Supply Chain Project Manager for continuous improvement plans Your profile We don't do "ordinary."
