Description
The Junior Program Analyst will provide programmatic support to a family of programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Indian Head. Applies knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required for program or project managers and customers. Collects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Assist more senior personnel performing work measurement studies, program/project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, other business-related analyses. Uses automated management information systems in performing fact-finding, analytical, and/or advisory functions. Compensation for this effort is anywhere from 53k to 80k annually. Qualifications Must be a US Citizen with an active Department of Defense Secret clearance. Associates degree in business or management related discipline is desired. A high school diploma or equivalent and three additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the associates degree. Two years of relevant professional experience in desired.
