Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support strategy and planning for senior management to align IT initiatives with strategic goals and business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic planning and management analysis. Responsibilities: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into strategic direction and project progress. Maintain and manage documentation and critical artifacts related to assigned tasks. Contribute to the analysis of IT-funded requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities. Facilitate collaborative workgroups to establish and develop roles, responsibilities, and objectives. Assist in performing detailed research and data analysis to support funding decisions and resource allocations. Provide quality assurance for funding requests by reviewing documentation, validating requirements, and identifying potential risks or gaps. Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and presentations for client and stakeholders. Support process improvement initiatives related to processing funding requests and approval workflows. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in management analysis, financial review, or related areas Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including project management tools. Proficiency in strategic planning tools. Knowledge of strategic planning and multi-year programming processes is a plus.
