Job Title                               Junior Program Analyst                 Job Classification             Exempt Level Position   Job Summary       The Junior Program Analyst supports the execution and administration of program operations in support of company contracts. This role is responsible for analyzing program data, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial and operational information. The Junior Program Analyst works closely with program management to maintain effective tracking systems, support reporting requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of program objectives.           Duties and Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for routine external inquiries, exercising judgment to resolve issues and escalating complex matters to program leadership as needed * Maintain and manage program-related records, rosters, and participant data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with program requirements * Analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources to identify discrepancies and support resolution efforts * Develop, maintain, and optimize tracking tools and databases to support program visibility and execution * Prepare recurring reports using Excel, including data summaries, tables, charts, and key performance insights * Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity of program reporting and documentation * Maintain organized historical records and change logs to support audit readiness and program traceability * Support the development, implementation, and documentation of program procedures and process improvements * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support program execution and resolve operational issues * Contribute to program operations by supporting additional analytical or coordination efforts as assigned   Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) * 2-5 years of experience supporting Program Management * Ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain accuracy * Strong organizational and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * U.S. citizen * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with government contracts, invoice processing, or financial tracking preferred. * Knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance requirements * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment   Security Requirements If required, must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the contract required level. U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance.   Travel Travel not required.   Physical Requirements * Work in office environments with standard computing equipment * Sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer for prolonged durations * Lift or move items up to 20 pounds occasionally * Perform routine movements such as bending, kneeling, or reaching when needed
