Position Summary The Junior Program Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of educational programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and work readiness among students. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including schools, educators, and community partners. As a Junior Program Manager, you will contribute to creating an impact on the lives of young people while developing your skills in program management and stakeholder engagement. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and monitoring of JA educational programs. Collaborate with educators to provide resources and training for effective program delivery. Maintain accurate records and reports of program participation and outcomes. Support communications and outreach efforts to engage schools and communities. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as required. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in the management of EU projects Proficient in both written and spoken Greek and English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about education and youth empowerment. Team-oriented with collaborative skills. Experience in educational or non-profit sectors is a plus. Access professional development opportunities with JA Europe and JA Worldwide.
