Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - ERP/Digital Transformation, the Junior Project Analyst involves defining project governance, methodologies, and standards. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics. Ideally, the candidate will have project management experience, communication skills, and some understanding of ERP systems and digital transformation processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the transformation initiative. This position will be located in Ghent, Belgium and it is hybrid (2 days at the office and 3 days working from home).

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).:
• Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
