Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 – 2 yrs work experience This role is most ideal for an individual who enjoys a client-facing role and project management The Junior Account Manager’s responsibilities include: Serve as the first and primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met Develop strong relationship and trust with clients by providing exceptional support Monitor and analyze client campaign performance, including conveying regular updates, new requests and reports to them Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, creative, analytics) to ensure projects are executed on time and per requirements Be the lead person to execute overall campaign set up on the SKALE platform per the requirements Work alongside Senior Account Managers to ensure overall user experience is smooth Be the key person to follow up with clients on items required from them based on project timeline and to translate commercial requirements into briefs for internal team coordination Actively drive testing of platform alongside clients and senior account managers before it goes live Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts Qualifications Qualifications What you need Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Analytical Bachelor’s Degree required, min 1 to 2 years work experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Asana Thrive in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Quarterly bonus Work with a team that believes in cultivating growth mindset in each and every team member A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities and a highly collaborative environment A flat hierarchy and with a high level of autonomy We believe in a happy work environment and culture!
