Able Corp is a trusted, widely recognised industry leader in the construction industry. Our services include remedial, fit-out, refurbishment and new building projects. We are currently looking for a full-time motivated Junior Project Co-ordinator, someone who is working towards Project Management qualifications, studying or holds relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will work alongside the Construction team and assist in coordinating and supporting a range of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
This role is suited to someone who can:
· Coordinate multiple sites alongside the Project Manager
· Co-ordinate subcontractors work and schedule
· Oversee the delivery of goods to locations
· Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and consultants
The Junior Project Co-ordinator should ideally have:
· At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
· Project Management certificate /degree preferred or working towards obtaining
· Background as a Project Co-ordinator in the construction industry highly regarded
· Ability to problem solve and multitask
· Strong understanding of the construction process, project co-ordination and structural drawings.
· Full Australian work rights
