Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Junior Project Control Engineer to support their project management teams in monitoring schedules, costs, and overall project performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to build strong foundations in project control within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules. - Support cost control activities, including budget tracking and cost reporting. - Maintain project logs, documentation, and performance reports. - Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments. - Highlight deviations and assist with corrective action plans. - Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). - 0–3 years of experience in project control, planning, scheduling, or cost control. - Basic knowledge of project management principles. - Familiarity with tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus. - Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills. - Excellent communication and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
