QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT fields is considered an asset. PMP certification is not required for this role.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with team members and clients.
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project coordination activities, including resource/material planning and allocation.
  • Conduct project meetings, accurately document action items, and distribute meeting minutes to all relevant parties.
  • Prepare project financial estimate, including tracking the Bill of Materials (BOM), purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of project reports and deliverables, such as “as-built” reports.
  • Receive and verifying materials. Ensure proper storage in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
  • Manage inventory, preparing materials for shipment, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Work closely with senior managers to develop and implement new project process flows and best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to provide project status updates and ensure their needs are consistently met.
