We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Junior Project Coordinator looking to jumpstart his/her career! The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow their project management and research skills within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will: Act as a liaison between management and individual team members; Maintaining a close working relationship between all members; Coordinate job tasks between team members; Serving as an intermediary between clients and staff members, answering questions from clients; Responsible for setting up meetings to discuss issues and keeping up communications; Providing administrative support for team members. Requirements: Advanced level of English Direct, organized, and accessible Administrative and managerial experience is an advantage Proficient in Adobe and Office software Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
