About the Job PaneraTech is seeking a Junior Project Engineer to support senior engineers in areas such as DFM modeling, XSight online services, Digital Endoscopy, and SmartMelter services. This role involves preparing 2D and 3D models, working with internal software, managing documentation, processing images, and ensuring effective communication between teams and customers. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher English Proficiency: Minimum B1 level, with strong written and verbal communication skills Technical Skills: Analytical thinking, mathematical/statistical knowledge, basic programming, data analysis, reporting and documentation, 3D modeling, and ability to read technical drawings Experience: 0–3 years Additional Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage time effectively and perform under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills Results-oriented mindset Adaptability to shifting priorities Problem-solving attitude and quick learning ability Commitment to honesty, integrity, and professionalism Preferred Technical Tools: SmartAudit, Polaris Installation, Salesforce, MS Office, 3D Modeling, Digital Endoscopy, AutoCAD Key Responsibilities Assist in creating 3D models from technical drawings under supervision Use modeling software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or Faro Scene Process images using Corel PaintShop Pro Input basic technical data and support modeling tasks Participate in internal training programs for technical development Communicate progress clearly and ask relevant questions to ensure task understanding Collaborate closely with senior engineers, incorporating guidance and feedback Contribute to team projects and professional development activities Benefits At PaneraTech, we recognize that our employees are the driving force behind our success.
