Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers as a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the main point of contact for Spanish and Portuguese customers, gathering requirements, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring solutions are successfully deployed. You will bridge sales and technical teams, manage timelines and costs, and support configuration and upgrades to guarantee customer satisfaction. For independent or medium-sized retailers, working closely with the sales teams in the area, present VusionGroup solutions and gather customer requirements, Assemble, lead and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for the roll-out of independent or medium-sized retailers, Monitor projects using shared tools, Ensuring that deadlines are met and costs controlled, Acting as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues (technical, integration, upgrade requests and installations), Support the rest of the team in the development of upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customer. Requisitos Qualifications we’re looking for. With 1-4 years of experinece as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager or project management or IT (network, etc.), you have an interest in the Retail, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Vision industries. You’ll use your technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-growing international company Fluency in Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus, and strong written and spoken English is essential.
