As part of our growing PMO-as-a-Service offering, you will provide comprehensive project management support and guidance for various projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Responsibilities : Assist Project team members in monitoring project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity, cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards) Assist team members in applying project management best practices to bring projects to successful completion Support Team members in the preparation of project management artefacts Provide administrational support for set-up & preparation of meetings including results documentation Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members Key requirements / skills / experience : Degree in Project Management/Business Administration/IT Service Management or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management Fresh graduates or professionals with at least 1 year experience in Project Management. Project management knowledge (agile and classic methodologies) Open to work on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, Insurance, Organizational and Operational Excellence, Finance) to build knowledge base and soft skills. Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams) Motivated to manage and finalize tasks Enjoys working in global teams Analytical and planning skills Organizational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills Team player mentality Proactive and independent hands-on working style Reliable and proactive Customer and service-oriented demeanor Excellent spoken and written English Desired requirements / skills / experience : Exposure to project management tools (MS Projects, Jira etc.) Proficiency in another language (German, French, etc) will be a plus Possession or target to obtain one of the following certification(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology-relevant certifications Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
