Ready to start your career in project delivery? We’re looking for a Junior PMO to join our delivery focused team. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised and on track, helping ensure teams have what they need to deliver successfully. You’ll be working in supportive, structured environments and will have the chance to gain exposure to both waterfall and agile delivery methods. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling to different client sites depending on the project – FULL TIME ONSITE IN CHELTENHAMYou must also be eligible and willing to obtain DV (Developed Vetting) clearance. What you'll be doing: Supporting project governance activities and helping to maintain clear and accurate project controls. Keeping key project documentation up to date and well organised. Assisting with progress reporting, including risks, actions and dependencies. Helping the team with planning tasks and coordination activities. Working closely with Project Managers and wider delivery teams to support smooth project delivery. Escalating issues promptly and helping to keep stakeholders informed. What you’ll bring: Some experience or keen interest in a PMO, project support or coordination role. An understanding of basic project management principles and governance. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Confidence engaging with colleagues and supporting communication across teams. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn. It would be great if you had: Experience working in Central Government, Defence or Security environments. Awareness of DV clearance processes or associated compliance requirements. A collaborative and flexible approach to supporting different teams. Confidence working in fast moving or changeable environments.
