MPS Group, Inc., is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team at Headquarters located in Farmington Hills, MI. This role is responsible for processing important customer and financial reports for customers with multi-site locations. The Junior Project Manager will manage the status of accounts and identify/act on any inconsistencies. Issues purchase orders, verifies vendor invoices, documents volume activities and coordinates reporting of accurate and timely information with the customer and company databases.   Shift Details: Shift: 1st shift Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.   Responsibilities and Job duties: * Data Entry of monthly vendor invoice information into master billing spreadsheets. * Prepares monthly billing and ensures supporting documentation is available at the time of invoice. * Prepares monthly (RASL) rebate check requests and follows processing to completion. * Ensures monthly cost and rebate accruals are processed. Updates Volumes Reports. * Responsible for a variety of monthly and quarterly reporting of customer and vendor information. * Assists with customer quotes for new work. * Coordination with vendor to complete documentation necessary for approved vendor status. * Key contact with assigned customer locations to ensure volume reports and waste compliance database is up to date and accurate. * Assist with update manifest logs, ensuring vendors are current within FCA system, help with recertification of vendors. * Site visits monthly, or as needed to Michigan facilities to assist with onsite activities (i.e. inspections). * Assist with pulling manifest from online portal to save on internal shared drive. * Assist with entering etrack on customer site at least 1x monthly. * Assist with creating annual budgets, approves vendor invoices and creating POs for suppliers. * Active participant in the FCA PDC and non-manufacturing with regular responsibilities to communicate with Project Managers, Finance, and Purchasing. * Handles other work as requested by the ESG leadership team. Requirements and Qualifications: * Associate’s degree in environmental sciences or business or minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a responsible billing/customer service position. * Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel. * Able to meet strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail. * Professional writing and speaking skills. * Polished customer service skills with emphasis on efficient and positive trouble shooting on the phone and through emails. * Clear and concise speaking style with ability to effectively present information at all levels within the organization  * Work is primarily performed in an office setting with prolonged periods of sitting. * Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required.
