Description

Alliance Store Fixtures Inc. is a custom retail fixtures manufacturer founded in 2001. We specialize in high-end brand millwork fabrication for the watch and jewelry industry. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate who is eager, enthusiastic and passionate with basic project management knowledge and skills to plan and execute jobs according to predetermined timelines and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree or college diploma in business, project management or a related field
  • 2 years work experience in project and/or marketing management is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to read and extract measurements from AutoCad drawings
  • Demonstrate leadership in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Detailed, with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
  • Ability to understand the task quickly, take direction and continue to work with little supervision
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of job development from initiation to closure
  • Work with client; detailer; designers; suppliers and subcontractors to complete job scope, goals, deliverables, required resources according to established budget and timelines
  • Ensure all required job materials are ordered and followed up upon to ensure timely completion and delivery of millwork
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members (detailer, shop foremen, logistics manager)
  • Act as a mediator between client and all team members
  • Assist in resolving any issues and solve problems throughout job production cycle
  • Study detailed AutoCAD drawings and effectively manage job scope by ensuring purchase orders are completed on all required materials and any changes to scope are documented and approved with change orders
  • Track and report job milestones/progress and provide status to client
