ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Public Sector client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support an important initiative. This minor project will replace legacy Air Traffic Management (ATM) Controller Working Positions (CWP) and supporting infrastructure. The goal is to ensure continued operational effectiveness, compliance with ergonomic standards, and alignment with ATM policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile federal program while gaining hands-on experience in managing project planning, coordination, and financial oversight in a collaborative environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Support project planning and coordination management activities
• Provide input on project timelines and risk management activities
• Support budget and resource management related activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and personnel across interdependent projects
• Maintain, update, and report on financial records
• Manage project budgets exceeding $1.5M annually
• Utilize records management software including RDIMS, SAP, and SharePoint for project documentation and reporting
