Description

Deliver monodisciplinary projects or subprojects in multidisciplinary projects (follow up and manage financial targets, highlight deviations and quality assurance) Lead the definition (scope) and implementation of projects (plans, technical information and specifics of the project, planning) Contribute to cross discipline collaboration Oversee junior project staff involved and guide on decision making during the delivery of the project Internal and external coordination, maintaining and expanding network and client relationship Advise on (sub)project related issues and have a fluent relationship with the project client and the different parts of the project (ex. Suppliers, contractors, etc) 2+ years of Project Management and/or Design experience (experience in hospitality projects will be highly appreciated) B.S. in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering English: Fluent (client´s meetings and reporting will be done in English) - be aware that the recruitment process might be conducted in English as well as interviews)
