Tasks

• Support with cost calculation, quotation preparation and data processing for technical FM and MEP projects
• Conducting plant surveys in new projects, including condition assessment and defect identification
• Preparation of technical data for the CAFM system and sales calculation, such as master data, defects and mass reconciliation.
• Close collaboration with customers, partners and branch management

profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or comparable degree with professional experience
• Alternatively, a technician or master craftsman with experience in the field of FM
• Interest in further development into a management position within the branch
• Good knowledge of Planon, SAP S4/HANA is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, analytical and reliable work ethic combined with team spirit and strong communication skills
