Description
We are a German company with an on-site office in Lahore. We build and maintain real production software, often connected to e-commerce and business systems (Shopify experience is a plus). We pay on time, we keep things professional, and we reward performance long-term. We’re hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Lead who can bring structure, clarity, and consistent execution. This is not a “just meetings” role. You’ll organize work, drive deadlines, remove blockers, and make sure the team ships. On-site in Lahore only (no remote). We provide the tools and support. If you prove you’re excellent, you will grow with us long-term and earn more than the market. Tasks Take ownership of delivery: turn messy inputs into a clear weekly plan and shipped output Build lightweight structure (without bureaucracy): priorities, milestones, tickets, definitions of done Run the day-to-day: standups, planning, retros, progress tracking, deadlines Write clear tasks and specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, dependencies Coordinate developers + QA/testing + releases (make shipping predictable) Maintain a clean backlog: what’s next, what’s blocked, what’s done, what’s urgent Keep stakeholders aligned: concise updates, expectations managed, risks flagged early Remove blockers fast: unclear requirements, missing info, broken process, slow decisions Improve execution over time: better estimation, fewer surprises, stronger quality loops Be punctual and present: this role requires strong in-office leadership Requirements Must-have: You can operate without a perfect system already in place — you create one Strong organization: you work with checklists, timelines, and written clarity You can write solid tickets/specs (not vague tasks) and push work to “done” Comfortable with Agile/Kanban/Scrum (practical, not theory-only) Strong communication: short, clear updates and tough conversations when needed Tools: Jira / Linear / Trello / Notion (any is fine — you must be fluent in at least one) Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable On-site in Lahore is mandatory (no remote) Nice to have: E-commerce or Shopify projects (apps, integrations, webhooks, payments) Technical understanding (you don’t need to code, but you must understand dev reality) Experience managing small teams (2–8 people) and shipping frequently QA/release discipline: test plans, staging/production flows, rollback thinking Benefits On-time salary (always) Laptop + tools you need High trust + ownership: you can shape the system and the culture Long-term growth: proven performers grow fast and earn more than the market German company standard: professionalism, clarity, accountability CV Short note (5–10 lines): “How do you bring structure when there’s no PM system?” Optional but strong: one example screenshot/template of how you track projects (board, doc, checklist)
