What You Will Get Out of This Position As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery for large-scale digital projects, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce and CMS platforms. You will work directly with enterprise clients, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project success from scoping to post-launch support. This is a client-facing, leadership role that combines technical understanding, stakeholder management, resource planning, and profitability oversight. Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex and high-valued eCommerce projects, from discovery through post-launch Lead multidisciplinary teams of 2-4 members including designers, developers (front- and backend), QA engineers, and analysts. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards and business goals. Define and oversee scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk management strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, scope, and change requests. Negotiate timelines and budgets with clients while ensuring profitability and operational feasibility. Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and deliverables. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance in eCommerce topics, including product setup, cart and checkout flows, OMS, and inventory workflows. Facilitate architecture discussions and system design planning, especially for headless and API-first projects. Create and review flow diagrams, architecture maps, and solution documentation for internal and client use. Work with internal stakeholders to optimize resource planning, project assignments, and workload balancing. Requirements Must have: 2-3+ years of experience in project management, with at least one full eCommerce project from 0 to 1 successfully delivered in the past 12 months. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and writing skills. Ability to conduct Pre-sales presentations in front of clients. Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels. Experience in managing large scale projects in the following solutions: Web/APP E-commerce platform; CRM/Salesforce implementation; MarTech; Strong working knowledge of eCommerce architecture, CMS products (especially WordPress), and headless frameworks. Demonstrate strong CMS knowledgeWordPress is a must, and Drupal is a plus. Proven ability to manage both business expectations and technical realities. Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required. Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones. Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required. Excellent understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle. Experience leading diverse project teams and navigating fast-paced, client-driven environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and tools like Figma or Miro.
