JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a junior project manager to handle project management, coordination, and CAD drawings for our growing business:
· Previous experience in project management and/or project coordination
· Experience in CAD
· Background in millwork is an asset
· Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to effectively multi-task
· A commitment to working with others as a team, sometimes under pressure
· Proficiency in MS office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
· Previous retail construction and fixturing experience is an asset
Responsibilities will include:
· Project administration and management, such as RFI’s, submittals, change order management, progress billings etc.
Producing CAD drawings
· Estimating and tendering projects
· Ensuring that client expectations are met, including maintaining relationships with client representatives
· Ensuring project quality, schedule and budget are maintained
Compensation and benefits:
Wage based on experience plus a benefits package. The ownership and leadership are proactive in creating growth for employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
