QUALIFICATIONS AND/OF EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word Pro, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project manger and Adobe reader.
- Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician certificate or Degree, any Architectural Certificates, Certified Project Manager, etc.
- Valid drivers’ license with a good driver abstract.
- Able to read blueprints and understand elevations.
- 1-2 years of similar experience (Project Coordinator or Project Administrator) an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Work along side the Project Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the successful planning and execution of projects.
- Assist in all phases of the construction project, including; coordinating workers, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job.
- Assist in hiring of sub trades, purchasing of materials, complete the daily and weekly project schedule, etc.
- Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
- Attend various site meetings with clients, architects, engineers, etc. as may be required and maintain an excellent working relationship with them.
- Review the project costs vs. planned cost and report to the Project Manager.
