  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management or estimating software is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management within the restoration and construction industry. Working closely with senior project managers and our operations team, you’ll help coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and updates.
  • Assist with project documentation, including work authorizations, change orders, estimates, and progress reports.
  • Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
  • Help coordinate trades, suppliers, and internal teams (mitigation, contents, reconstruction).
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
