JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of Purity Gas’ most valuable and technologically advanced engineered projects. Reporting to the Manager, Engineered Projects, this role provides hands-on support across the full project lifecycle - from planning and scheduling to delivery and commissioning of Nitrocenter® nitrogen gas generation systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to grow into a leadership role in project management within a fast-growing, high-tech industrial company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, or industrial operations (co-op/internship experience considered)
• Exposure to industrial manufacturing, engineered equipment, and process systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally with customers/suppliers
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Documents, project management software (e.g. Salesforce Taskray or similar), and ERP/MRP systems is an asset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered with PMI and working towards PMP designation
• Registered with PEO and working towards P.Eng. designation
• Experience with document control, corrective actions, and internal audits in an ISO9001:2015 quality management environment

• Coordinate activities between engineering, production, procurement, and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate project documentation and ability to produce concise reports utilizing data, including project costs vs budget, project hours logged, vendor fabrication costs and more

• Produce and track change orders through lifecycle of projects
• Support procurement activities, supplier communication, and delivery scheduling.Assist in managing client communications and updates throughout project execution.
