We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager with strong experience in web-based product environments to drive delivery across our engineering and design teams. You’ll own Agile processes, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure consistent, on-time delivery of high-quality web features and releases. This role requires both delivery discipline and a solid understanding of how modern web products are built and shipped. Responsibilities Lead all Agile ceremonies and maintain team structure and focus. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to remove blockers and keep delivery smooth. Track progress, manage timelines, and surface risks early. Report team status, updates, and risks to the Head of Product and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and a culture of feedback. Own and optimize Jira workflows, ensuring ticket clarity and process efficiency. Requirements Recruitments: 2+ years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in a web technology environment. General understanding of modern web stacks and workflows (e.g., APIs, frontend frameworks, CI/CD). Experience coordinating between developers, designers, QA, and product. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Comfortable working with distributed teams in fast-paced settings. Soft Skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Strong facilitator and communicator. Adaptable and calm under pressure. Passionate about team improvement and delivery excellence. Align team efforts with business goals and communicate clear priorities.
