We’re on the lookout for a Junior Project Manager with serious organizational skills!
Do you like keeping things moving, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every detail is in its place? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our commercial flooring team at Red Deer Carpet One.
You’ll work closely with our senior project manager to keep projects running smoothly from the first quote to the final install. If you enjoy coordinating between the office, job sites, and clients, and you can keep your cool when the phone won’t stop ringing, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you’ve ever been bribed with coffee or donuts to get something done.

EDUCATION:

• Diploma or degree in a related field (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

• Project coordination/management: 1 year (preferred)

  Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing commercial flooring projects from start to finish
• Track project schedules, budgets, materials, and deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, site supervisors, and clients to keep everyone on the same page
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (change orders, RFIs, schedules, etc.)
• Coordinate site visits and be available for on-site troubleshooting with our installation teams
• Follow up on outstanding items so nothing falls through the cracks
• Support the senior project manager by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
