STRAT7 Researchbods is an insights practice that partners with brands to deliver customer data and intelligence that helps answer our clients’ key research and business questions.
Our Project Team are an integral department within the company, making sure projects are delivered on time, keeping internal and external clients updated on project progress, co-ordinating internal teams as well as ensuring our expectations of excellent customer service are always upheld.

Responsibilities

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

You will ideally have a background in research, insight or similar, this could be gained within your studies or through employment, but don’t worry if you don’t. We are also keen to hear from you if you have previous work experience in an environment where attention to detail and working within a team are essential elements of the role, or you may have just finished education / graduated and are looking for your first role. A basic understanding of either survey design or working with data would also be desirable.
As well as the above we are looking for someone who is keen to build a career in project management and can evidence an interest and enthusiasm for market research.
You will be highly organised, motivated and have great communication skills which will enable you to build and nurture good working relationships both internally and externally.
You will also excel at planning and coordinating multiple workloads and thrive in a busy environment.

YOUR FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be trained to be able to fulfil the following key duties;

  • To be responsible for taking receipt of surveys provided by the client and checking these meet the criteria of the initial brief
  • How to programme and deliver data processing outputs for with data collected for research purposes
  • To liaise and manage the client throughout the whole study process, keeping them updated and to meet their expectations around delivery
  • To brief in the programmers and data processors and manage their delivery of all elements of the project
  • To check quotas and manage distribution of sample to ensure fieldwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Ensure that individual hours are logged daily and that targets are met with regards to personal hours worked on project and the hours worked by the programmers and data team
  • Acting as a first port of call for any problems or escalations within the Project Team
  • Adhoc duties as appropriate to the role
