QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience with construction management software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is essential.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Prior experience in construction or utility services is a plus.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project schedules and timelines effectively.
