REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ Foreman or Lead Operative experience in Irish construction/roofing
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and site processes
• Certified in CSCS; BuildSafe / SafePass
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills under tight deadlines
• Ability to read blueprints and produce accurate site reports

• Supervise day-to-day roofing crew tasks (installation of flat, pitched, and single-ply systems)
• Coordinate subcontractors (scaffolding, insulation, etc.) to keep programmes on track
• Lead daily safety briefings, enforce PPE, and conduct site inspections
• Maintain all site records: timesheets, progress reports, material logs, snagging lists
• Perform quality control checks at milestones; escalate concerns promptly
• Mentor junior team members in practical skills and safety best-practice
