We’re a new business, doing some amazing things, and we’re looking for a friendly and personable Junior PM to join the team, to help us continue to deliver amazing service.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Junior Project Manager, you’ll help manage and deliver build projects from inception to launch, as well as working alongside our retainer clients, who span a range of industries. Working closely with our full team and external partners, you’ll ensure our agency runs smoothly & on time, to delight our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in scoping and planning of web project builds (predominantly - but not limited to - Shopify and headless eCommerce)
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, milestone tracking, and status reporting
• Maintain strong project/ retainer governance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—developers, designers, external partners (e.g. content, UX research, CRO, paid media, email marketing)
• Attend kickoff, progress, and client meetings; prepare meeting notes and action lists
• Track deliverables and dependencies across strategy, design, development and QA
• Help maintain strong client relationships by ensuring transparent communication and managing expectations
• Assist in project debriefs, internal governance and process improvement documentation
