JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SERVICE DEPARTMENT

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager - Service Department to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth departmental operations and supporting our staff in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The selected candidate will oversee multiple projects from start to completion and ensure we exceed all client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Electrical/Construction Experience is required
• Strong communication skills and highly organized
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask tasks effectively
• Understanding of electrical and construction safety protocols

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ Years of electrical/construction management experience
• Strong understanding of general construction, engineering and architectural procedures

SKILLS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Main point of contact for client throughout project duration
• Coordinate departmental activities to ensure efficient workflow and communication
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for department staff
• Manage day-to-day administrative items (RFIs, submittals, contracts)
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Preform project closeout process
