We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned construction project management professional to take on a pivotal role as a Park Project Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from real estate search, design, permitting, procurement, construction, to the launch of all corporate stores.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison among corporate leadership, cross-functional teams, designers, architects, suppliers, contractors, and local park teams.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential delays, cost increases, and other risks, providing timely analyses and solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest construction standards, aiming for superb guest experiences.
Project Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to optimize project timelines and budgets.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating extreme ownership and accountability.
