JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our Software Engineering department. This role combines aspects of project management and delivery coordination to ensure the smooth execution of software development projects.
You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and reporting on projects while supporting teams with the tools and processes they need to succeed. Strong communication skills, proficiency with project management tools, and a proactive mindset are essential for this position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Excel, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in or with software development teams.
  • Basic technical knowledge or the ability to understand engineering workflows.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
