ABOUT THE POSITION:
Agile Energy is seeking a Junior Project Manager to work within the Project Delivery team to ensure our projects are installed on time, on budget and with high quality to meet long time investment goals. You will work collaboratively with the sales team, engineers, subcontractors, management and customers.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
· Bachelors degree in engineering
· 2+ years working experience as a solar engineer
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
· Desire ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems and skills
· Demonstrated business acumen
· Proficient in solar design software including Helioscope, AutoCAD and other
· Familiarity with project management concepts and requirements

The ideal candidate will know the ins and outs of solar design and installation, while having excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders, commercial aptitude, ability to meet deadlines under pressure and a strong appetite to learn from our senior team.

Duties and responsibilities for this role will vary on the projects size and complexity, however includes following:
· End to end project management
· Review and management of solar designs, grid and structural approvals, procurement, mobilisation scheduling, subcontractor management, commissioning and customer manager
· Detailed project reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
· Leveraging your solar engineering experience to quickly developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars
The position will be full-time located in the Sydney CBD. We support flexible working from home a few days a week. Some on-site project work may be required.
